Responsibilities
* Administration and management of endpoint environments (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
* Close collaboration with our IT security team on endpoint hardening, vulnerability management, and patching
* Consulting, planning, and implementation of Microsoft 365 technologies and modern workplace solutions
* Development and optimization of automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Bash
* Software packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS devices
* Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, guidelines, and user manuals
* Conducting training sessions for end users and internal IT staff
Qualifications
* Successfully completed degree or vocational training in IT or a related field
* Hands-on experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune and/or Azure Virtual Desktop
* Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, and other Microsoft 365/Entra products is a plus
* Ideally, you hold Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop, Security, SharePoint, or Teams Administrator) and have experience with the Qualys Cloud Platform
* Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented, proactive, and service-focused working style
* Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
