Come build with us! /ppResponsabilities: /ppPeople Business Partner: /pulliProvide expert and well-reasoned HR advice and ensure that all people activities are managed in line with The Bloc Culture and Values, policy and local regulations and standards. /liliAct as sparring partner for senior leaders advising and supporting them on all relevant HR topics: policies, procedures, legal requirements, salary negotiations, career development, etc... making sure this links into the agency standards. /liliSupport the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, participating in interviews, and advising on candidate selection to ensure the acquisition of top talent. /liliCoordinate training plans, training manuals or other learning material for employees. Identify development opportunities and create plans to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth. /liliOversee employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with employee needs /liliManage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition and are integrated effectively into the agency culture. /liliFoster diversity and inclusion and contribute to rolling out global initiatives at site level /liliParticipate or lead HR projects aligned, among others, with our objectives of digitalization and simplification. /liliSupport EU People Director in legal issues /li /ulpPayroll specialist: /pulliManage all activities related to the personnel administration and payroll service, ensuring their accuracy, correct timing and application of legal obligations, /liliAct as the primary contact with external payroll providers, submitting data for the monthly payroll process, reviewing preliminary reports, and approving the final version of payslips. /liliManage contracts and documentation relating to the hiring, onboarding and offboarding (letters of employment, extensions, transformations, disciplinary and exit agreements). /liliProcess workforce lifecycle changes and data entry such as personal data, employment contracts, compensation pack, promotions, and benefits and updates by ensuring accuracy in HR and attendance systems. /liliSupport the EU People Director in monitoring the evolution and planning of the workforce, the elaboration of the budget and forecast of labour costs and the analysis of the relative variances in the final balance phase, the bonus calculation and payment and related documentation pack. /liliSupervise all administrative activities relating to types of absences, holidays, illnesses, leaves of absence, law 104 and accidents in accordance with our CCNL /liliPrepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports based on payroll data, including statistical reports and KPIs. /li /ulpRequirements /pulliAt least 5 years working experience in managing complex and/ or high-volume processes /liliDegree in HR, Legal, Economics or similar /liliA deep understanding of the labour law and Italian Commerce CCNL regulations /liliA proven track record of hands-on experience in legal compliance related to payroll benefits processes /liliProfessional level in English and Italian /liliFamiliarity with Zucchetti is a plus /li /ulpWhat other skills are essential to fit this role 100%? /pulliAnalytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities. /liliAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact. /liliHands-on approach, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset /liliAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion /liliHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills /liliExcellent administrative and organizational abilities /liliFlexible mindset with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment /liliEnjoy what you do! /li /ulpDo you have the skills, experience and personal qualities we at The Bloc are looking for? please apply now! /ppThe Bloc provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. /p
