Within the project engineering team, you will be responsible of all electrical engineering deliverables and you will manage functionally the associated multi-metier team (Schematics & Apparatus and Mechanical routing)

Missions
1. Performance Measurement:
On time Delivery: Adhesion to baseline on Electrical studies delivery
2. Adhesion rate to preferred part list
Responsibilities
3. Quality, Cost and Delivery of S&A and EHI deliverables as follow:
4. Tender Phase: Carryover analysis (electrical product) from previous projects; Budget and workload estimation; Contributor of Engineering planning; Responsible of Architecture definition: Equipment cubicle content, position, path ways, break zones…
5. Specification phase: Contributor on definition of scope of supply between Train and Sub-Systems; Responsible of ENG electrical deliverables until SGR.
6. Next phases: Interface between Project and Center of Excellence electrical, Responsible of baselining definition and inputs deliveries to CoE electrical, Responsible of Harness integration.
Operational management of S&A and EHI team allocated on the project
7. Ensure interfaces with Train System, Train Design, Train Control, RAMS, EMC expert, Industrialization Electrical…
8. Managing internal and external activities (workload, planning, work package reviews, risks…)
9. Leading design reviews and deliverables reviews
10. Ensuring Baselining contents for his scope
11. Ensure follow-up with PrEM
12. Supporting continuous improvement of the domain with the Metier
Job Specifications
Knowledge & Experience :
13. Railways Electrical engineering knowledge
14. Strong approach (hands-on experience is a plus) in electrical CAD (See One / Catia EHI)
15. Minimum 5 years of experience in activity/team management
16. Train systems/functions/Industrialization & Manufacturing of harnesses knowledges
17. Spoken and written English is mandatory
