as a Customer Success Specialist in Castellana Grotte (BA). The selected candidate, under the responsibility of the Customer Care Manager, will respond to basic client requests via phone, email or ticket, record reported problems and forward them to the technical team. They will follow up on open tickets using standard procedures, send pre‑defined onboarding materials (guides, tutorials, videos), schedule onboarding calls on behalf of the team, and ensure clients have completed the basic steps (login, initial setup). They will also monitor dashboard KPIs (logins, usage of main features) and report any declines in usage to the Senior CSM.
Qualifications
Secondary school diploma (high‑school diploma) – requirement; bachelor’s degree in communication and marketing – preferred.
Valid driving licence B.
English – Reading B2, Speaking B2, Writing B2.
