Job Title: Data Protection & AI Compliance Lead
E-Frontiers is partnering with a leading global tech consultancy to find a skilled professional to cover a maternity leave in this hands-on, high-impact role within a collaborative and international environment.
About the Role
You will be part of a global Data Protection & AI Compliance team, working closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to ensure the delivery of privacy-compliant software development services. As a key point of contact for compliance, risk assessment, and stakeholder training, you will provide critical support to drive business success.
Compliance Management:
* Review agreements and handle compliance-related queries with precision and attention to detail.
* Coordinate rights requests and client communications to ensure seamless execution.
Data Protection Expertise:
* Provide practical advice on data protection and AI-related matters, applying your knowledge of GDPR and other relevant legislation to business scenarios.
* Support internal teams with Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and AI risk assessments, ensuring that all activities are aligned with regulatory requirements.
Training and Awareness:
* D deliver training sessions (online and in-person) to promote data protection awareness within the company and drive cultural change.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have:
4+ years of experience in data protection, ideally in a consulting or tech environment.
A strong foundation in:
* GDPR and applying legislation to business scenarios
* Excellent communication skills, including confident public speaking and writing.
* High level of English proficiency (spoken and written).
You should also possess:
1. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
2. A good understanding of technology and digital services, including AI and information security principles.
3. Calm, collaborative, and adaptable under pressure, with a patient approach to complex problems.
Bonus Points:
Certifications like CIPP/E or AIG can be beneficial, as well as knowledge of AI regulation frameworks and information security.
Contract Details:
This is an 8-month contract position, starting from June 9th. You will work remotely (no travel required) and enjoy competitive compensation.
