The role
We are hiring a Global Operations Manager to strengthen operational performance across Italy. You will manage end to end freight execution, resolve exceptions, support the team on quality and data accuracy, and act as a key escalation point for partners and clients.

What We Are Looking For
* Fluent Italian and English
* Apprenticeship or BA or BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
* 3+ years in freight forwarding or ocean freight operations
* Hands‑on experience working in Italy
* Strong communication, structured thinking, and problem solving
* Ability to manage high workloads in a fast paced environment

Salary range: 34,000 to 44,000 euros per year including a 10 percent annual bonus

Your Day to Day
* Ensure shipments move on time and handle exceptions
* Coordinate with carriers, trucking partners, warehouses, and customs
