Quantyx, a leading risk management and valuation consultancy for management companies, is looking for a senior .NET developer to join its Software Development Team, which currently counts 10 people. The candidate should preferably have at least 4 years of experience in back-end architecture using technologies such as C#, .Net Core / 5, Entity Framework, and Microsoft SQL Server.
The candidate will be responsible for developing the Quantyx Risk platform, a cloud-based web tool for managing Alternative Investments.
Responsibilities include :
* Designing, developing, and implementing back-end architectures using C#, .Net Core / 5, Entity Framework, and Microsoft SQL Server
* Implementing and optimizing cloud architectures based on Microsoft Azure
* Optimizing existing solutions by identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements aligned with business needs
* Developing and executing unit tests for components
* Managing open tickets, fixing bugs, and adding new features
* Collaborating with the development team and providing support to front-end colleagues
* Documenting developments and updates
Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer / Electronic / Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
* Extensive experience with .Net, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server
* Strong object-oriented programming skills and knowledge of design patterns
* Experience in SQL database design and modeling
* Preferably experience with Azure cloud, microservices, and serverless architectures; knowledge of optimization solutions in Azure is a plus
* Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio
* Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Skills in benchmarking and optimization
* Experience working in team-based, structured projects
* Familiarity with version control tools (git) and Agile methodologies
* Knowledge of continuous integration tools and processes
* Good command of English
