Job Description
* Preparing in final form all correspondence to suppliers/contractors, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), as required.
* Executing cost and price analyses on complex proposals and quotations, submitting results, and making recommendations for contract awards.
* Assuming overall responsibility for contracts from negotiation through to closure.
* Complete secondary school, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience.
* Sound experience in procurement methods, contract development, and negotiations, typically acquired as a Junior Buyer after five to seven years in the agency or a similar organization.
* Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Post Details
* Basic monthly salary: EUR 4,599.62, tax-free.
* This position is required for a limited time (3 years), and incumbents will be offered a fixed-duration contract.
