Account Delivery Manager at Neurons Lab
Objective: To drive exceptional client outcomes and sustainable account growth by delivering world‐class AI transformation projects while building strategic partnerships that generate significant expansion revenue and position Neurons Lab as the premier AI enablement partner for Financial Services organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & Client Success
Drive Expansion Revenue: Generate a minimum of 2 expansion opportunities per account per quarter through strategic relationship building and consultative selling.
Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain C‐suite relationships, conducting monthly business reviews and positioning as an AI transformation advisor.
Account Strategy: Develop comprehensive account plans for 3–5 client portfolios, including quarterly strategic reviews and competitive positioning.
Project Delivery Excellence
End‐to‐End Project Leadership: Own complete project lifecycle ensuring delivery of business outcomes while maintaining >4.0 Customer Satisfaction Index.
Cross‐Functional Team Management: Lead AI engineers, architects, and specialists through project delivery with clear resource allocation and performance optimization.
Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while implementing measurable success criteria and ROI tracking.
Strategic Business Impact
Value Demonstration: Create compelling ROI calculations, success stories, and business value presentations that drive client retention and expansion.
Market Intelligence: Gather competitive insights and industry trends to inform product development and business strategy.

AI/ML/Data Science Delivery Experience (3+ years) – Experience delivering AI and machine learning projects with measurable business impact.
Financial Services Industry Experience (2+ years preferred) – Understanding of banking, insurance, or capital markets operations and challenges.
