Department Manager/Coach NIKE Factory Store Brugnato – Nike, Inc. is looking for people who can grow, think, dream and create. In Nike Retail, store roles have special names: Head Coach, Assistant Head Coach, Coach, Lead, and Athlete.

Responsibilities
* Utilize exceptional customer service skills to provide a first‑class Nike brand experience to customers.
* Lead, train, and motivate department staff and foster an excellent work environment.
* Manage day‑to‑day department activities to achieve sales goals (including digital services, visual merchandising, and selling area).
* Identify and improve areas based on customer feedback.
* Act as a Nike brand ambassador for initiatives including team training.
* Ensure store compliance with Nike standards and guidelines.
* Collaborate with cross‑store partners and the head office.
Store Roles and Responsibilities
In Nike Retail stores, three Coach roles exist. Below are the responsibilities for the Commercial and Athlete experience paths.
* COMMERCIALE
o Lead a team to provide efficient product reception and accurate inventory aligned with visual presentation standards.
o Ensure inventory process flow, constant restocking, store presentation, and brand standards.
o Collaborate with department Leads supervising individual components (product reception and visual presentation).
o Lead monthly launch initiatives.
o Use reporting tools to inform business decisions.
o Maintain accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders.
* ESPERIENZA DEGLI ATLETI
o Ensure the team can provide athletes with a high‑quality brand experience (Purpose).
o Lead team involvement in Nike Community Ambassador activities.
o In collaboration with store leadership, supervise hiring processes including onboarding.
o Responsible for store staffing planning.
o Collaborate with the store team to promote and sustain a positive Nike culture.
* Consumer Experience
o Set the example by assisting in the sales area and shaping the customer journey.
o Provide resources to the team so they have knowledge of all customer service aspects, including digital assistance opportunities.
o Complete targeted training and share completion with support services for athletes.
o Use data and analytics to inform insights and partner with store leadership for ongoing improvement.

Your Contribution
* Passion for Nike and/or sport.
* 2+ years of retail experience and/or leadership roles.
* Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
* Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to lead and develop a strong team.
* Strong communication skills.
* Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
