Global Legal Internship – Milan, June Start – 6 months

In this role you will support the team across a broad range of legal activities, gaining exposure to commercial contracts, corporate governance and day‐to‐day legal advisory in an international, fast‐paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing national and international commercial contracts (supply, services, distribution, NDA, consultancy agreements, etc.)
- Supporting day‐to‐day legal advisory on civil and commercial law matters to internal stakeholders
- Assisting with corporate law and company secretarial activities (corporate documentation, governance processes, reporting duties, etc.)
- Conducting legal research on civil, commercial, and regulatory topics
- Preparing legal memos and opinions
- Co‐ordinating with business functions (Finance, Marketing, IT, HR) and external legal counsel when required

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Law
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Strong interest in commercial and corporate law
- Ability to work in a structured, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
