We’re looking for a Learning Platforms & Engagement Specialist to join our Global Learning team in a crucial moment of digital transformation.This role sits within the HR function and plays a key part in connecting learning experience, people engagement and digital platforms.Day One, You Will Be Involved InEvaluating and evolving our LMS landscape through the introduction of new learning platforms.Managing and evolving our global learning ecosystem from an HR perspective.Driving engagement and learning culture across countries.ResponsibilitiesMigrate and implement HR-driven transformation of the LMS.Ensure data quality and integrity during LMS migration (audit, clean‑up, redesign of processes).Design roles, workflows and enrollment models within the learning ecosystem, ensuring alignment with HR and Learning processes.Configure core LMS features (e.G., notifications, integrations such as MS Teams).Manage testing phases and support technical validation.Lead the migration of ~250 SCORM contents, ensuring full compatibility and tracking.Support change‑management activities, including training delivery for Learning Managers and Local HR teams.Manage day‑to‑day LMS operations: catalogues, campaigns, configurations.Monitor and analyze learning data, contributing to advanced reporting and KPIs (e.G., Sustainability Report) to support HR decision‑making.Drive engagement initiatives and animate Learning Communities.Act as a global point of reference for Local HR teams and LMS Admins across markets.Maintain and evolve integrations (e.G., LinkedIn Learning) and support the introduction of new tools (including AI and authoring tools).QualificationsExperience in Learning/HR environments with LMS platforms (Workday or SuccessFactors is a plus).Strong balance between people skills (communication, training delivery, community engagement) and analytical mindset (data handling, processes, problem solving within an HR context).Advanced Excel skills and confidence managing large datasets.Curiosity and agility in using digital tools and AI solutions applied to learning.Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders globally.Fluency in English (mandatory).BenefitsComprehensive welfare package including a short working week during summer months.Hybrid working policy (10 days a month remote working).Company restaurant service.Access to corporate gym.Fast‑paced and dynamic international context.#J-18808-Ljbffr
