With a track record of international radar campaigns and systems developed for airborne, drone, and space applications, MetaSensing provides cost-effective radar solutions for both commercial and security markets.
The production site in Rocca d’Evandro plays a key role in assembling and commissioning advanced radar systems developed by MetaSensing.
Job duties :
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise all production activities at the Rocca d’Evandro site.
* Manage technical and operational resources to meet deadlines, cost targets, and quality standards.
* Act as the main interface with the technical, logistics, and quality departments to ensure production continuity.
* Oversee procurement activities and warehouse coordination in collaboration with the supply chain team.
* Monitor and optimize production processes using performance indicators (KPIs).
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations in the production environment.
* Prepare periodic reports and updates for the management team.
Required skills and qualifications :
* Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured manufacturing environments.
* Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Proven experience in managing operational and technical teams.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Good command of the English language (international working environment).
Desired Skills / Qualifications :
* Previous experience in the aerospace, electronics, or defence sectors.
* Certifications in quality or safety management (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001).
* Knowledge of ESD standards, IPC specifications, and electronic testing processes.
Candidate must be eligible to work in Italy.
Employment condition : Full-time, 40 hours per week.
