Areas of Responsibility: Purpose of the position: Ensure to the organizational area of competence the collection and implementation of specific needs and the monitoring of the service level in the ICT field, focused on providing the proactive and innovative support necessary to guarantee the operation, development, and maintenance of HW & SW technologies in line with the business plan objectives. Main responsibilities: - Identify and understand the needs of the business. - Design, in coordination with relevant business users and colleagues from other ICT areas, the most effective ICT solutions to support the business processes, in accordance with the Group's ICT strategy. - Participate to the annual process for the definition of Opex and Capex ICT budget. - Manage the scouting, analysis, and development of ICT solutions. - Carry out software analysis and manage development of evolutionary activities. - Ensure the correct implementation, operation, and maintenance of the solutions by managing relationships with any outsourcers, to meet the service level requirements. - Support colleagues in managing tasks (troubleshooting, system training, change management, etc.). Studies: It is preferential a background among the following ones: - Software Engineering - Management Engineering - Process Engineering - Electric Engineering - Electronic Engineering - Software Development Work Experience: It is preferential to have working experiences in: - ICT project management. - ICT demand process. - Suppliers’ management. - Drafting of technical specifications and tender specifications. - Good system analysis and troubleshooting skills. Furthermore, it is preferential to have working experiences in: - Energy and utility market - Commodities and financial trading - Risk-management related processes - Energy Management back-office processes (settlement, invoicing, etc.) Languages: Good knowledge of English language to communicate and collaborate in an efficient way with all the Countries of the Company. IT Skills: - Knowledge of ETRM systems is a plus. - Experience with Business Intelligence is a plus. - Software development experience is a plus. - Knowledge of low-code development platform is a plus. - Knowledge of software interoperability and Web technologies (WebServices, Rest API) is a plus.
