Responsibilities
- Coordination and support of planning and forecasting processes within the production area
- Preparation of monthly closings as well as reports for management and planning meetings
- Execution of variance analyses, cost center reports, and benchmarking activities
- Development and implementation of monitoring tools and reports to track production costs
- Conducting ad hoc analyses to support decision‑making, as well as identifying and assessing risks and opportunities
- Continuous optimization of controlling processes and tools in close collaboration with the team
- Close cooperation with production management and other departments to optimize production processes
Your profile
- Degree in economics or a related field
- Strong analytical and interconnected thinking skills with a high affinity for numbers
- Professional experience in controlling is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Interest in data analysis and enjoyment in developing improvements, with a proactive mindset and team spirit
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Very good knowledge of German, Italian, and English
