Your Career
This client-facing role requires the Principal Consultant to lead and deliver proactive services engagements. You will work directly with multiple customers and stakeholders (security teams, system and network administrators, C-Suite, etc.) to manage incident preparedness engagements and broader assessments and services.
Your Impact

* Lead proactive incident preparedness projects, including TableTop Exercises (TTX), Incident Response Plans, and Response Maturity Assessments.
* Review Crisis Management, Incident Response, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery Plans to support business resilience.
* Plan and deliver TTXs, writing post-exercise reports with analysis and recommendations.
* Manage incident preparedness and cybersecurity engagements from scoping to delivery.
* Travel up to 20% as needed to meet business demands.
This role is remote, based in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, or UAE. Local language proficiency is required.
Your Experience

* 8+ years of incident preparedness and / or response consulting experience with a passion for cybersecurity.
* Experience leading complex engagements, including scoping, client interaction, and project execution.
* Incident response consulting experience is required; incident preparedness experience is essential.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
