Ph3Overview /h3pYour mission /p pbGENERAL MISSION /b /p pThe IT Manager is responsible for managing the development, implementation, and use of technology across the subsidiary, working with both corporate, local staff and outsourcers, to assess and meet users' and business needs, including operational tasks. The IT Manager oversees all information systems and telecommunications operations, including identifying user requirements, suggesting practical solutions, and directing company-wide efforts to utilise technology effectively. This role involves assessing local needs and developing strategies to create a cohesive roadmap that aligns with the Group's overall strategy. The IT Manager also ensures compliance with corporate norms and standards. If his / hers / its skills fit the need the IT managers gets directly involved in developing solutions to meet business needs. /p pThis position reports to the Regional iBRM and the role applies for Dermocosmetic and Medicalcare Intalian branches. /p pOther key working relationships include local management, staff, all system users, Global DAIS, vendors and consultants. /p pThe local IT team reports to this position. /p h3Main Missions /h3 pbTechnology Strategic Project Management : /b /p ul liLead projects related to the planning, organizing, allocating resources for, budgeting, and successfully executing organizations’ business strategies needs and specific IT goals. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals, timelines, and resources. /li liDefine and measure project success and adjust strategies as needed and provide recommendations for continuous enhancement. /li liPerform risk management to minimize project risks. /li /ul pbManage the Business Needs : /b /p ul liDesign, plan and execute technological solutions effectively considering the business output requirements in accordance with the corporate norms and standards, focusing on : /li liIdentify, develop and manage development of robotic process automation in coordination with the central Center of Expertise /li liEnsure the implementation and maintenance of the Digital Strategy : Websites, E-Business, Collaborative tools, B2C, CRM (Web marketing, Loyalty programs, emailing…) /li liContinuously identify and evaluate existing processes, technologies, and vendor partnerships and keep the business technologically competitive. /li liSupports the business Analysis teams in the affiliate and the population of users in the usage of BI tools and the development and usage of Advanced Analytics /li /ul pbEnsure the operation of systems : /b /p ul liEnsure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements, and documentation of modifications and upgrades, including Infrastructure (LAN, WAN…), Assets Management, Software Architecture, Standard Operating Procedure, local procedures, etc. /li liDevelop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision. /li liManage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, smartphones, software applications, and peripherals with the support of the local outsourcer. /li /ul pbIT Referent for GDPR : /b /p pWorks together with the GDPR referent and is responsible to fill up the technical part of the forms. /p pbCompliance with Corporate Standards : /b /p ul liBe the local interlocutor for the implementation and maintenance of the Pierre Fabre group IT Strategy. /li liEnsure proper implementation of corporate norms and standards. /li liEnsure projects adhere to security and privacy policies. /li /ul pbAppropriation and Training Responsibilities : /b /p ul liOnboarding and Training New Users: The IT Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new users are effectively integrated into the company's IT systems. This includes creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to new users to help them become proficient with the company's technology and systems. /li liuTraining: /u The IT Manager will oversee the development and delivery of training programs for the end users. This involves creating detailed instructions, user manuals, and training sessions tailored to the specific needs of the local staff. The goal is to ensure that all users are well-versed in the functionalities and best practices of the local applications. /li liuAI Appropriation: /u The IT Manager will lead initiatives to integrate AI technologies into the company's operations. This includes identifying opportunities for AI implementation, developing strategies for AI adoption, and providing training to staff on how to effectively use AI tools, in collaboration with AI Ambassadors. The IT Manager will also stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies to continuously enhance the company's AI capabilities. /li liuCyber-security: /u The IT Manager will ensure alignment with corporate cybersecurity strategy, manage local risks, and support secure operations and compliance. /li /ul pbStrategic Alignment Governance /b /p ul liImplement the Group’s cybersecurity strategy locally, based on internal standards and frameworks. /li liEnsure compliance with the Group’s Information Security Policy (PSSI). /li liMaintain and update the list of local administrators and their scope of intervention. /li /ul pbRisk Management Compliance /b /p ul liIdentify and assess local vulnerabilities and threats, including internal and external risks. /li liEnsure compliance with international and local standards (e.g., GDPR). /li liCoordinate with central teams to meet certification and audit requirements. /li /ul pbOperational Security /b /p ul liManage privileged access, enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA), and ensure traceability. /li liApply secure coding practices and oversee isolated development environments. /li /ul pbIncident Response Recover /b /p ul liReact promptly to security incidents to limit operational impact. /li liCollaborate with SOC and SSI teams to isolate or reconfigure compromised systems. /li liLead or support recovery efforts to restore business continuity. /li /ul pbAwareness Training /b /p ul liPromote cybersecurity awareness among local staff and third-party providers. /li liEnsure all team members are trained in the Group’s security policies and charters. /li /ul h3Who you are? /h3 pbJOB REQUIREMENTS : /b /p pbProfessional Experience /b /p ul liAt least 10 yearsof experience in IT, with at least a few years in a managerial role. /li liExperience working in or with international companies. /li /ul pbCertifications /b /p ul liRelevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), or ITIL certification can be beneficial. /li liEducation and experience Higher education in IT or Information Systems. Proven track record of at least 10 years in IT Management and Project Management in an international environment. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or cosmetic sector is a plus /li /ul ul liBusiness and cross-disciplinary skills Previous experience in IT project management and agile methodologies. Deep knowledge of current technologies, network systems, software development, and cybersecurity practices. Excellent knowledge with emerging technologies and implementation to drive innovation within the organization. Capable of building efficient working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
