Since September 2019, Buccellati has been part of the Richemont luxury group, with the Buccellati family continuing to influence its style and craftsmanship.
A data-driven Retail Sales & Performance Analyst will support the creation, analysis, and interpretation of retail and sales reports. This role is key in driving data-backed decisions across our retail network by delivering insights, dashboards, and analytical support to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

* Data Analysis and Entry: Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query), experienced in analyzing large datasets;
* BI Tools: Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker;
* Reporting Tools: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and POS data;
* Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data integrity;
* Presentation Skills: Ability to translate data into clear reports for senior stakeholders;
* Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and identify trends and opportunities;
* Organizational Skills: Managing tasks, scheduling, and maintaining records;
* Communication: Clear verbal and written skills, capable of simplifying data;
* Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with retail, finance, and commercial teams;

What do we expect from you?
* Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports on retail performance, stock analysis, and compliance to Maison policies;
* Collect and validate data from POS systems, CRM, BI platforms, etc.;
* Create dashboards and visualizations to highlight key trends;
* Collaborate with retail, finance, and CRM teams to ensure data consistency;
* Provide insights for store performance reviews, action plans, and strategic decisions;
* Support training on reporting tools for boutique managers and regional teams;
* Monitor the impact of new initiatives on retail metrics.
