About the Role: Reporting to the Hazelnut Company (HCo) Italy Industrial & Supply Chain Manager, the UGP Manager will direct and coordinate the activities of the Cracking and Selection UGP, ensuring that production goals are met and guaranteeing products quality and cost efficiency. The UGP Manager will act as a reference point both for the day-to-day management of the UGP and for all the activities connected to the development, improvement and innovation of the products or production lines which falls under his/her supervision. Main Responsibilities: - Responsible to ensure the production capacity meets the requirements of the budget based on the budget forecast. Schedule machinery/personnel distribution and discuss in team meeting in order to utilize maximum efficiency of machines and personnel; - Responsible to schedule personnel, materials and machinery for production and packaging lines to satisfy orders received; - Work on continuous improvement projects; - Work with maintenance team in order to meet production orders efficiently on time and on budget within Ferrero’s quality parameters. Analysis of variances, efficiency and costing determining and implementing the right corrective action. Control the quality standards within the departments and make sure the hygiene rules are respected; - Responsible to manage, motivate, coach and train employees in order to ensure productivity, good morale and career development of employees. Who we are looking for: REQUIRED: - Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science and Technology, or similar; - Solid experience in team management; - Previous experience in manufacturing management; - Problem solving and leaderhip; - Project management skills; - English professional proficiency.
