About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Personal Executive Assistant to support top management within a fast-growing international environment operating across private aviation, travel, and strategic projects.
This is not a standard assistant role.
The position combines executive support, project coordination, and strategic exposure, requiring a professional able to operate with autonomy, discretion, and strong problem-solving skills.
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team, acting as a trusted right hand across multiple functions and, when required, representing the President in selected situations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the CEO's agenda, priorities, and international travel logistics
Coordinate cross-functional projects across marketing, legal, and operations
Support strategic initiatives, partnerships, and business development activities
Handle confidential communications and high-level stakeholder interactionsPrepare documents, presentations, reports, and executive summaries
Liaise with internal teams and external partners across multiple jurisdictions
Support execution of events, meetings, and international activities
Ensure operational efficiency and follow-through on key business priorities
Act, when required, on behalf of the President in operational and coordination matters
Candidate Profile

Must-have Requirements
Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory)
Proven experience in one or more of the following roles:
Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff
Marketing or Business Operations
Legal / Paralegal support
Nice to Have (Plus)
Knowledge of French
Valid driving license
Functional Skills
The ideal candidate has exposure to at least two of the following areas:
