The Role:
1. To maximize sales for the store;
2. To develop enduring relationships with clients;

5. To manage promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
6. To understand and advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
7. To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
8. To handle returns of merchandise;
9. To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;
10. To support the team in the general operations of the "The Bridge" store;
11. To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
12. To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
13. To maintain the customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates;
14. To go the "extra mile" to meet targets.
The Candidate:
1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
2. Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired;
3. Experience in retail or the service industry;
4. Excellent customer service and people skills;
5. Ability to communicate effectively and inspire customers & store colleagues;
