Today, its legacy lives on in luxury hotels, private residences, yachts, and jets, remaining dedicated to outfitting the world’s most exceptional spaces. /ppbJob Description /b /ppFrette is seeking a General Manager, EMEA to oversee and manage all commercial divisions within the region, including Retail, Contract/Trade, third-party Distributors/Wholesale partners, and Hospitality. /ppThe individual is responsible for PL management for each business unit, ensuring efficient operations and strategic growth to maximize sales, profitability, and account penetration. /ppThis person must be a hands-on, self-starting, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. /ppbResponsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To /b /ppbStrategic Planning Analysis /b /pulliDevelop and lead the execution of the company’s commercial strategy for the EMEA region, defining KPIs, targets, and a roadmap for maximizing revenue and market share for the Frette brand. /liliWith direct reports, analyze customer feedback and market trends to develop and implement new strategies, tools, and resources. /liliFind innovative solutions and tools, such as new technology, to support customer experience in-store and elevate service. /liliProvide regular updates and reports on performance to senior management and the Board. /li /ulpbBusiness Development /b /pulliSeek new partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities. Identify potential markets, evaluate expansion options, and negotiate strategic partnerships or acquisitions. /liliEnsure alignment of business practices, standards, and initiatives across all markets for a consistent client experience. /liliDrive Frette’s market position and ensure the delivery of quality services and products according to brand standards. /liliAttend networking and trade events within the region as a brand ambassador. /li /ulpbTransformational Leadership /b /pulliProvide feedback on market needs to proactively drive growth and profitability. /liliMonitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats. /liliEnsure the highest quality of products, services, and customer experience within the area. /liliConduct market research and use data-driven insights for informed decision-making. /li /ulpbCross-functional Team Leadership /b /pulliDevelop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and partners. /liliCollaborate with finance, operations, product development, marketing, and other departments to align commercial strategies with overall business goals. /liliSupport the rollout of new launches with internal teams (visual merchandising, CRM, marketing). /liliRecruit, train, and manage employees, fostering a positive work environment and providing ongoing feedback and coaching. /liliInspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and work autonomously with sound judgment. /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pulliProven success in developing and executing commercial strategies for B2C and B2B markets in the EMEA region (EU and GCC), luxury experience preferred. /liliExpertise in financial analysis and budgeting. /liliStrong ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. /liliResourceful, collaborative, and a creative problem-solver. /liliFoster cross-functional teamwork and communication. /liliStrong leadership and interpersonal skills. /liliAbility to travel internationally up to 35%. /liliProficiency in Italian and English, verbal and written. /li /ulpbAdditional Information /b /ppWe offer a contract under the ccnl Textile-industry at a level commensurate with experience, daily tickets from €8, and competitive welfare benefits. The weekly schedule is 40 hours, Monday to Friday, with flexible opening hours (8:30-9:30 and 17:30-18:30).
