In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Leading & Motivating:Lead the Outside Sales Engineers team, set clear priorities, and keep them motivated through situational leadership. - Deploying Strategy:Deploy short, medium, and long-term business objectives aligned with overall company goals. - Driving Sales & Revenue Growth:Collaborate with the Sales Director to define strategies that drive revenue and achieve business targets. - Focusing on Customers & Relationships:Understand business drivers, anticipate customer needs, and strengthen relationships through effective selling skills. - Developing Team & Skills:Promote learning initiatives to enhance the team’s commercial skills, selling capabilities, and industry awareness. - Accomplishing Orders & Profitability Plans:Develop and implement strategies to grow orders and profitability within assigned customers. - Ensuring Compliance & Using Business Tools:Maintain adherence to pricing policies, technical proposals, quotations, CRM usage, PowerBI reporting, and organizational guidelines. - Collaborating Cross-Functionally & Reporting:Work with other departments to deliver accurate orders and maintain project funnels, sales forecasts, and financial reports.
