ATM is seeking highly talented resources to strengthen its technical team within the Safety Management System unit. The selected candidate will support operational management in developing the new Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with recent railway-inspired regulations, overseeing processes, and managing activities related to transport on guided networks. Responsibilities include: Supporting the definition and implementation of operational instructions compliant with regulations and focused on safety. Analyzing processes to map and manage risks associated with guided transport. Assisting in change management through analysis, interviews, and report writing. Reviewing and continuously improving policies and procedures related to transport safety. Creating statistical analyses and indicators to support decision-making and communication with authorities. Monitoring sector regulations and assessing their impact on operations. Drafting clear and accessible technical and operational documentation. Collaborating actively with internal and external colleagues. Preferred qualifications: Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of management system architecture and requirements (ISO standards and similar), preferably in railway, aeronautical, or manufacturing sectors. Excellent knowledge of statistics and calculation tools (Excel or similar). Strong interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities. Process analysis skills. Good command of the English language.
