Ph3Overview /h3 pYou will be a key member of our sales operation team, ensuring smooth contract execution, timely invoicing and robust customer communication. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport Sales Team on contract and sales order execution from contract countersignature to payment receiving. /li liSupport Sales and Legal Teams in the management of sales contracts. /li liCoordinate with production, logistics, project and sales teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and successfully. /li liCommunicate with customers on lead time, invoices, payment and delivery topics. /li liGather regular analysis reports including shipment reports, sales forecasts, etc., on a weekly/monthly basis. /li liIssue commercial invoices and work with finance and sales teams to follow up payment collection on a weekly basis. /li liManage credit insurance line and control the payment risk of shipments. /li liBuild and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across teams, functions and locations to enhance planning, leverage reporting opportunities and improve processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrior solar industry and/or operations experience would be a strong plus. /li liExperience or knowledge in international trade is highly valued. /li liFamiliarity with Incoterms and international shipping/invoicing processes. /li liBachelor’s degree or above. /li liExcellent communication skills. /li liStrong data analysis skills. /li liVery good knowledge of computers and systems: ERP, MS Office, and ability to keep it smart and simple. /li liBasic knowledge of Italian business administration. /li liFluent in Italian English, both in speaking and writing at least C1.
