Controller Specialist: TEXA S.p.A. is hiring a Controller Specialist in Treviso to ensure, in compliance with company procedures, the execution of a series of operations related to analytical accounting, guaranteeing correct cost allocation and providing regular summary reports following TEXA's procedures and directives from the Director. Key Responsibilities: Ensure maintenance of accounting records in accordance with accounting principles, overseeing periodic account closures; Produce monthly and quarterly summary reports within defined timelines, ensuring data quality and reliability; Ensure adherence to budgeted costs within various projects; Identify and propose improvements to accounting and automated procedures, ensuring their implementation; Verify compliance with company administrative procedures by all relevant users; Monitor and control cost allocations; Maintain the accounting reporting system; Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of information; Implement technical and organizational measures as defined in the Company's Risk Assessment; Promptly address any anomalies in information security by communicating with relevant authorities; Guarantee the security, integrity, and availability of personal data processed in work activities; Adhere to instructions from the Owner regarding the processing of personal data; Promptly report any anomalies in information and personal data security to the relevant authorities; Ensure awareness of the impacts of your activities; Ensure awareness of the importance of health and safety at work. Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of corporate accounting, mathematical and statistical analysis, and business economics. Good knowledge of Business Intelligence and ERP systems. Familiarity with TISAX Certification and requirements outlined in VDA Information Security Assessment (VDA ISA). Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 standard. Understanding of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data. Familiarity with principles outlined in the environmental management system.
