PpTheb Systems Management Specialist /bis responsible for the overall delivery of the System Architecture Plan and management of associated resources and activities to ensure that InterSystems software is delivered and deployed in line with project requirements. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecute the process of designing, reviewing and installing all the InterSystems products including TrakCare patches, releases and builds on the required customer platforms in accordance with quality assurance protocols and Service Level Agreements as agreed with the customer for software release authorization and installation. /li liAdministration and maintenance of hosted solutions and related infrastructure working with other teams or partners as required. /li liProvide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis for implementations. /li liSupport and test of TrakCare internal and external utilities, e.g. patching tool, print service, etc. /li liAssist Presales for any technical request such as architecture, configuration, hardware sizing, etc. /li liProduce technical documentation such as reference materials, installation instructions, user guides, knowledge-based articles and how-to’s. /li liParticipate in on-site technical training and implementations activities if required. /li liTake on responsibility for scripting, maintenance and verification of backups. /li liAutomation of routine activities (deployment of patches, environment replication, etc.. ). /li liParticipate in the continuous improvement of the operation processes required to delivery exceptional service quality. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liServer Administration: In-depth experience in configuring, implementing and administer Linux or UNIX systems (preferred: SUSE/RedHat). /li liProgramming and coding: ability to work directly with the source code of a system and develop solutions to improve system-level performance (strong scripting skills). /li liInformation security: familiarity with best practices and techniques for maintaining and improving information security. /li liProblem-solving capabilities: ability to adopt creative skills and problem-solving techniques to solve problems or devise a new solution. /li liStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills. /li liManaged mission critical infrastructures and applications. /li liThe candidate is also required to be available to work (when the situation requires it e.g., in case of updates of systems in use by end users) outside the usual office hours. /li liExperience with monitoring and alerting tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Cacti preferred). /li liUnderstanding of networking deployment and management, including load balancers solutions. /li liKnowledge of configuration management tools as Ansible or Puppet. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
