Purpose of the Job
1. Technical support for Troubleshooting in order to ensure maximum train availability
2. Technical support for Reliability Growth through investigations and data collection
3. Support Team Troubleshooter for activities on trains
4. Support field investigations, in according to fleet planning, on complex issues and report to Control Room System Engineer.
5. Support engineering for troubleshooting guides improvement (SOS/RGL Validation) and software validation
6. Propose new depot tool to improve troubleshooting efficiency
7. Troubleshooting activity and function tests after Overhaul’s maintenance
8. Support Team Troubleshooter for activities
9. Supports maintenance with external interventions for the recovery of trains and breakdowns in commercial service.
Language: Italian (B2) Type of contract: Permanent
Requirements: High school diploma (mandatory), preferably a Technical Diploma (Mechanical, IT, or Electronic). Experience in maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railway sector. Possession of ANSF certifications – National Railway Safety Agency – to operate on train safety systems (preferred).
