Qualifications/Requirements
Master's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equal by experience5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industryStrong operational mindset: passionate about working hands-on with the machinesSolid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP-film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)Experience in process troubleshooting and upscalingFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D and production
