We stand out for a results-oriented approach, internal collaboration, and customer satisfaction.Role / Position OverviewThe role of Sales & Project Manager – Technical Sales will have a strategic role in managing the entire commercial and project cycle, contributing to the development of the company's business and ICT solutions. The position will report directly to the Sole Administrator and will coordinate commercial functions, the territorial team, the Tenders and Contracts Office, and the Executive Commercial Office. It will also be responsible for the complete management of projects, focusing on software solutions and SaaS products, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and proper implementation.Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate sales, marketing, commercialization, and distribution strategiesPropose prices, discounts, promotions, and incentives to be submitted to the Sole AdministratorExpand and coordinate the sales network and the territorial commercial teamSupervise the Executive Commercial Office and the Tenders and Contracts OfficeAnalyze user requirements and translate them into functional and technical specificationsCoordinate the development team and manage software projects end-to-endMonitor quality, performance, and project timeline adherenceManage the lifecycle of ICT solutions, from ideation to releaseProvide technical-commercial support for sales, particularly on SaaS productsManage tender processes in the public administration sector (document preparation, execution, compliance)Conduct technical and functional presentations for clients and stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deliveryRequired RequirementsProven experience in software solutions sales roles (SaaS and non-SaaS)Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systemsEnglish at Professional Working levelSkills in ICT and software project managementFamiliarity with commercial processes and offer managementSoft SkillsCollaborative leadership and the ability to engage teamsStrong orientation towards commercial and technical goalsAnalytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skillsEffective communication with clients and stakeholdersContinuous improvement mindset and strategic visionUnderstanding of the market and technological trendsAbility to translate business objectives into operational plansForward-thinking and management of unforeseen eventsPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)Knowledge of the Linux operating systemKnowledge of programming languages: C, C++, Fortran, Matlab, Java, OpenGL, Ruby, Visual Basic, C#, PythonExperience with ROS and IDEs such as NetBeans, Eclipse, Visual StudioWhat We Offer / Terms of the OfferAnnual gross salary: €30,000 – €35,000 commensurate with profileFull-timeNational Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking IndustryCompany equipment: phone and company PCInitial and continuous dedicated trainingStrategic role in an evolving technological contextOpportunities for professional growth and increased responsibilitiesCollaboration with multidisciplinary teamsDynamic, project-oriented, and innovative environmentWork LocationSalernoMode: on-sitePossible travel according to project and client needsInclusive Clause / Privacy / Code of EthicsThe offer is addressed to people of any gender, age, orientation, identity, nationality, or background, in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006.
