The Italian Team is looking for her/his Leader to deploy the digital transformation process in Decathlon Produzione Italia and key production partnersDecathlon has been present in Italy since 1993 and today we have about 8,000 teammates and 136 stores, 4 logistics warehouses Decathlon Produzione is one of the largest Decathlon Production offices Worldwide with more than 100 teammates managing 100 production partners in different industrial processes.Decathlon fosters the adoption of advanced technologies to ensure digital industrial performances at the service of PEOPLE -PLANET - PROFIT YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: To define data & digital strategy bridging IT to Production, ensuring alignment with Decathlon United strategies and compliance with stakeholders needs To guarantee roadmap respect and I ensure that generated digital solutions are integrated in Decathlon IS To ensure a secure data management to comply with legal requirements To support key production partners in digital transformation roadmap definition and digital solutions implementation on the field To feed digital culture dissemination, managing advanced manufacturing training plan.
