You will collaborate closely with Area Managers, technical teams, and operations to ensure a smooth and professional sales process.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\nManage and develop relationships with international customers via email, phone, and video meetings\nPrepare quotations and commercial offers for products, spare parts, and projects\nSupport Area Managers in generating new business opportunities\nCoordinate with internal departments (purchasing, technical, logistics, administration) to ensure proper order execution\nMonitor offer and order progress and maintain accurate CRM records\nParticipate in international trade fairs, meetings, and customer vision\n\nRequirements:\n\nDegree in Economics, Management, or a related field\nExcellent command of English ; knowledge of a second foreign language is a strong plus\nStrong computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools\nTeam-oriented mindset and ability to work across multiple departments\nWillingness to travel internationally for fairs, trainings, and customer visits\nPrevious experience in a commercial or customer support role within an international environment will be considered a plus\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nA role within a multinational organization with a strong technical culture and focus on excellence\nContinuous professional training on products and international markets\nOpportunities for career development in a global sales environment\nA collaborative, dynamic, and international workplace\n\nOCEM è parte del gruppo Aretè Cocchi Technology dal 2010.
