Ph3About the Role /h3pAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be based in our Office in Presezzo (BG) Italy near the spare parts warehouse, where you will work closely with the team to ensure the fast and accurate dispatch of spare parts to our global customers. You will manage customer inquiries, orders and provide real-time updates on parts availability and delivery status. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOrder Management: Process spare parts orders accurately and efficiently using the ERP system. /liliQuotation Handling: Prepare and follow up on price quotations, ensuring competitive lead times and availability. /liliLiaising with Warehouse: Coordinate with the warehouse team in Presezzo to monitor stock levels and prioritize urgent shipments. /liliInvoicing Documentation: Manage the billing process and ensure all export/shipping documentation is correct for international deliveries. /liliBack-order Monitoring: Proactively update customers on delayed items and provide estimated arrival times. /liliComplaint Resolution: Handle returns (RMAs) and shipping discrepancies, working to resolve issues quickly. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliExperience: Proven experience in customer service or sales support, preferably within a technical or manufacturing environment (spare parts, automotive, or machinery). /liliLanguage Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus. /liliERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (AS400 and Oracle) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. /liliSoft Skills: Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. /liliCustomer Focus: A proactive and helpful attitude, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliA collaborative and inclusive work environment. /liliOpportunities for professional and personal development. /liliSupport for work‑life balance and employee wellbeing. /liliA role in supporting the cement industry's green transition. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3pAs an equal opportunity employer, FULLER embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
