The role is supporting the Italian region, but the teams are working from all across Europe and the UK. The candidate will be responsible for the set up of our SaaS products, in accordance with our Enterprise and Premium clients requirements. The main responsibilities are: /pulliGather all the information required to set up the SaaS product for the customer /liliManage client requests and prioritize workflow /liliPerform all the necessary tasks to configure the websites and the CRM for the customer to use the SaaS /liliPerform the necessary product configuration to fulfill the customer requirements /liliPresent the progress and the final product to the customer and answer queries /liliTickets management in collaboration with RD team /liliFollow up with developers and product expert teams /liliCooperate with Success Manager in controlling the project scope (avoid scope creeping) /li /ulh3Requirements /h3pOur ideal Webmaster will have previous experience working in a stakeholder management environment, as well as providing technical support in the set up of web based products, using CMS tools.
