The role ensures alignment between organizational needs and people strategies by managing workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, internal mobility, training, and employee relations. /ppResponsibilities of the selected candidate include: /pulliIn collaboration with the Group Chief People Officer, gathers functional needs for the preparation of HR-related budgets (People Plan, Salary Review, Training); /liliManages the full recruitment process: collecting needs, verifying compliance with planning and budget, defining sourcing channels, drafting job profiles, assessing competencies, and supporting line managers in selecting the ideal candidate; /liliOrganizes induction plans for new hires, coordinating with managers to ensure effectiveness; /liliDrafts and updates job descriptions to reflect organizational needs, roles, and competencies; /liliUpdates organizational charts monthly and communicates changes (new hires, exits, role changes) to employees; /liliSupports the Group Chief People Officer in implementing organizational development decisions including internal mobility/job rotation as a growth tool while balancing business needs and employee expectations; /liliEstablishes effective relationships with business leaders to support resource management and problem-solving; supports the Group Chief People Officer in handling employee relations issues; /liliSupports the performance management process: goal-setting, compensation interventions, year-end evaluations, and skills assessment; /liliCooperates with HR Admin to assure admin processes are performed correctly and specifically monitors deadlines (probation, fixed-term contracts, etc.) and updates reports to track progress; /liliDefines and updates HR policies (e.g., car policy, travel policy), ensuring compliance with laws, CCNL, and internal guidelines; /liliIn collaboration with the Group Chief People Officer, plans and delivers training programs aligned with company needs and legal requirements. /li /ulpThe ideal candidate meets the following requirements: /ppbHard Skills: /b /pulliMaster degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; /lili5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist within structured and international organizations; /liliDeep understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding; /liliStrong knowledge of Italian labor law, employment contracts, and collective agreements (CCNL); /liliExpertise in drafting and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions; /liliAdvanced skills in HR data analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring to support decision-making; /liliProficiency in HRIS and digital collaboration platforms; /liliSolid command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, presentations, and communication. /liliAbility to manage organizational charts and internal communications effectively. /li /ulpbLanguage Skills: /b /pulliGood command of Italian, English and Spanish, both written and spoken is mandatory; /liliGood command of French is a plus. /li /ulpbSoft Skills: /b /pulliExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to inspire and guide teams and stakeholders through change and growth; /liliDetail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; /liliAnticipating challenges and proactively finding effective solutions; /liliStrong ethical standards and a commitment to transparency, confidentiality, and compliance; /liliAbility to work effectively across and within multi-company structure. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
