Responsibilities
Concretely, you will:
Write exciting job descriptions and advertise them on various platforms;
Manage the entire recruitment process including job adverts, screening incoming applications as well as organizing and conducting interviews;
Reach out to talent directly through active sourcing;
Plan and conduct online and in-person interviews;
Follow the employees' Odoo journey
Collaborate with universities and participate in recruiting events;
Implement your creative recruiting ideas and participate in employer branding projects!

MUST HAVE
* Excellent knowledge and communication skills in Italian native or bilingual & English C1 (it will be tested)
* Italian work permit
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

NICE TO HAVE
