Reporting
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, as our Senior Community Manager you will be pivotal in building brand affinity, driving loyalty, and creating memorable experiences.
You will drive the creation of an engaged community, benchmark against key players/industries and analyse customer behavior and segmentation to identify opportunities for tailored experiences.
This offer is available also for candidates belonging to protected categories as in line with law 68/99, article 18.
The role is hybrid and offered on a permanent, full‑time contract.
What you will be doing
* Define, create and execute the next Fidenza Village Community with the goal to engage and retain.
* Benchmark against luxury brands, high‑end travel experiences, and private clubs to craft a differentiated value proposition.
* Collaborate with marketing and social teams to deliver compelling narratives that reflect the Village’s luxury positioning.
* Drive international and domestic footfall to the destination with the use of content and B2C programs.
* Plan and execute community events (e.g., sports‑themed experiences, brand collaborations).
* Build strategic relationships with influencers, local institutions, and premium brands to amplify community reach.
What makes you special
* Proven experience in Community Management, loyalty program development — preferably in luxury, hospitality, or premium retail.
* Experience planning integrated campaigns across events, digital, retail, and PR touch‑points.
* Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and personalisation.
* Solid understanding of CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
* Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans.
* Fluent in English and Italian; any other European language would be beneficial.
