We are currently looking for aJunior Finance / Data Analystto support our financial planning and performance analysis efforts.
In this role, you will transform raw data into valuable insights, helping the team make informed, fast decisions across the business landscape.
Tasks
Support the development of comprehensive monthly reports and detailed performance analysis, including but not limited to P&L;, cash flow, and product margins, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial documentation.
Organize, clean, and validate data gathered from various internal sources, and build insightful dashboards using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and Looker Studio to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Analyze performance metrics across products, channels, and campaigns to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Contribute to the development of internal and investor reporting materials, ensuring clarity and precision in all communications.
Assist in translating complex bookkeeping data into actionable operational insights and accurate forecasts, aiding strategic planning.
Collaborate closely with marketing, retail, and product teams to support informed business decisions, leveraging financial insights to drive growth and efficiency.
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
Analytical thinker, strong with numbers and spreadsheets
Curious, tech-savvy, and eager to learn new tools
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
Hands-on self-starter comfortable with fast turnarounds
Premio: familiarity with SQL, Google BigQuery, or data visualization tools
