As LG Quality Inspector, you’ll be in charge of quality inspection during pre-production and production phases. Interfacing proactively with internal and external partners involved in product development and production, you will work closely to factories and logistic center to guarantee that finished products are in line with Montblanc Quality Standards. The individual will be based in Abruzzo or Marche and will be required to travel once a week to the Richemont Leather Goods site in Scandicci. **HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?** You will be in charge of: - Carrying out tests on pilot series (LLG/MLG/SLG/Belts/Luggage) highlighting defects and proactively acting in resolution together with the manufacturer;
- Validating production release after verifying conformity of first batches;
- Visiting suppliers on site to ensure that the suggested and identified adjustments are carried out correctly;
- Reviewing of production rejects at external logistics center to define the allocation of the finished product;
- Coordinating of the reference team to repair any defects found in the first phase of testing;
- Defining of parameters for semi-finished and finished products supporting the manufacturer;
- Carrying out Quality controls within external factories **HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- +3 years of experience in Quality control, industrialization or production/prototyping role within Fashion & Luxury
- Good knowledge of production cycle and production systems
- Good command of Excel (Pivot, Cerca_vert etc.)
- Good English Level;
- Experienced in using ERP/PLM tools (SAP knowledge will be considered as a plus)
