The role requires a strong electronics and testing background, creativity in problem-solving, and teamwork skills. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze and process hardware specifications of electronic control units for embedded and safety-critical applications, ensuring ASPICE compliance within mechatronic systems (braking and non-braking). /liliDefine validation plans with customers and suppliers, develop test specifications, and oversee execution during development and validation phases, both in-house and at suppliers. /liliContribute to defining test strategies and VV plans. /liliDevelop test execution plans. /liliPrepare and execute EE/EMC tests for mechatronic hardware systems and components on benches and vehicles, adhering to schedules. /liliAnalyze data and develop new testing tools. /liliCompile and edit test reports and documentation. /liliIdentify issues, analyze causes, and propose solutions. /liliManage electronic instrumentation with attention to calibration, safety, and usage requirements. /liliSelect components for automotive wiring harnesses, design connection systems, and oversee prototyping and debugging. /liliImplement continuous preventive control activities for system safety, effectiveness, and efficiency. /liliContribute to creating documents, methods, procedures, and tools for the area. /liliSupport the development and commissioning of new instruments, test benches, and loads. /liliAssist system testing, electromechanical validation, and road testing teams regarding electrical/electronic aspects. /liliSupport transition from prototype to manufacturing, considering DFM and DFA, in collaboration with layout experts. /liliStay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies in electronics design. /li /ulh3Minimum Requirements /h3ulliMaster's Degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering. /liliProficiency in English. /lili3-5 years of experience in electronic testing within the automotive sector, especially regarding ECU. /liliStrong data analysis skills, including tools, visualization, and pre/post-processing methods. /liliProficiency with electronic measuring tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, voltmeter). /liliExperience in defining, implementing, executing, analyzing, and reporting test cases and procedures. /liliKnowledge of EE/EMC standards. /liliHands-on skills in electronics testing. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExperience communicating with suppliers and external entities. /liliProficiency in EE/EMC testing software (e.g., Autowave, Isocontrol). /li /ulpLocation: Stezzano (BG) – Italy /ppemThe company guarantees data processing in accordance with European Regulation no. 2016/679.
