We are currently seeking a Product Development Assistant as part of our Fine Fragrances team in Milan:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct market/trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify future product innovations.
* Analyze the positioning of the products for each market and establish propositions for new products;
* Analyze and develop the product mix: concept creation, packaging/design development, olfactive development, etc.;
* Define the necessary support elements to achieve successful new product launches, in connection with communication, merchandising and trade marketing;
* Ensure smooth communication with internal and external collaborators;
* Follow-up the realization and advancements of on-going projects in the right timing;
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Degree in Marketing or Related Field;
* Strong interest in the world of Fragrances and/or motivation for Beauty Sector in general.
* An experience in Marketing or Product Development will be a plus;
* Creativity and Innovation- Creativity, business savvy, originality, intuition;
* Leadership and Personal- Collaboration, communication, dependability, autonomy, flexibility, initiative, proactivity;
* Fluent in English (written and oral conversation);
* Knowledge of the Italian language will be a plus. xivgfpx
