We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients, with a primary focus on the Italian market, and supporting international business growth. Responsibilities Client Onboarding : Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition. Develop and implement onboarding plans, including training and support materials. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, acting as their main point of reference. Identify client needs proactively and ensure expectations are met and exceeded. Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively. Account Management : Manage a portfolio of key accounts Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Affiliate Network Management : Oversee affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Delivery to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration. Share insights and best practices to improve team performance. Qualifications and Skills Language Proficiency : Italian and English (minimum B2 level). Experience : Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM and project management tools. Ability to read and analyze marketing channel performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and interpret relevant metrics. Basic knowledge of programmatic advertising. Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with at least a basic understanding of advertising communication. Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. Attention to Detail : Strong focus on accuracy and precision. Adaptability : Capacity to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to Travel : Availability for frequent travel.
