Our technology starts with you. /b /p h3YOUR ROLE /h3 pThe successful candidate will become a memberof RD Photolithography team playing a critical role in developing new processes, and optimizing them to improve product robustness, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, aiming to finally scale up to high-volume manufacturing. /p pDevelop, implement, and optimize advanced photolithography processes for MEMS fabricationproducts in RD photolithography area. /p pCollaborate closely with design, device engineering team, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless process integration /p pSet up new experiments through DOE methodology and pilot runs to validate process changes and improvements /p pAnalyze process data and troubleshoot issues to reach process qualification and enhance yield and reduce variability. /p pPrepare detailed documentation including process flow charts, work instructions, and validation protocols for manufacturing usage /p pSupport scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot and full production scale /p pEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards fulfilling sustainability roadmap /p pContinuously identify opportunities for process innovation and automation. /p h3YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCES /h3 pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul liAssist in the development, characterization, and optimization ofphotolithography processesfor MEMS devices. /li liSupport process integration activities, includingmask alignment, resist coating, exposure, and development steps. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams including design, process engineering, and metrology to ensure process robustness and yield improvement. /li liPerform data analysis and documentation of experimental results, maintaining accurate process records. /li liParticipate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process deviations or defects. /li liStay updated on emerging semiconductor process techniques and MEMS fabrication trends to support continuous process innovation. /li /ul pbRequired Qualifications: /b /p ul liMaster’s degree in materials science, physics, chemistry, materials engineering or related fields /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced RD environment. /li liAbility to analyze complex data and apply statistical process control (SPC) /li liGood communication skills in English, both written and verbal. /li liBasic understanding of semiconductor/MEMS fabrication processes is a plus. /li /ul pbPreferred Skills: /b /p ul liProactive attitude towards learning and continuous improvement. /li liCuriosity and continuous learning: Enthusiasm for staying updated on latest MEMS technologies and process advancements /li liAdaptability: Flexibility to manage changing priorities /li liProblem-solving mindset: Proactive in identifying issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives. /li liTime management: Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines. /li liHands-on experience in MEMS process development and microfabrication techniques /li /ul pST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
