Jobgate Srl, authorized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies for Recruitment and Selection activities (Authorization prot. 39/9983), is seeking candidates for a client company specialized in the GDO sector. The position is for 3 sales assistants at the Maranello (MO) store.
The selected candidates will be responsible for setting up departments, both food and non-food, restocking merchandise, and checking expiration dates. They will contribute to sales by supporting customers and, if needed, performing cashier duties. Additionally, they will handle cleaning and tidying the store.
Training and onboarding will be provided, with a fixed-term contract offering excellent prospects for permanent employment. The role will be classified under Level V of the CCNL commerce .
The responsibilities include:
* Setting up and restocking food and non-food departments;
* Aligning products on shelves and rotating stock periodically;
* Checking product expiration dates;
* Pricing products and managing store layout;
* Assisting customers and fostering loyalty;
* Handling payments and supporting the cash register team;
* Performing routine cleaning and maintaining order in the store.
The ideal candidate should possess:
* Minimum experience as a sales assistant, preferably in GDO or food retail;
* Customer service orientation;
* Willingness to grow and develop within the sector;
* Ability to manage pace and prioritize tasks;
* Availability to work in shifts;
* Food handler certification.
Working hours: Part-time (24 hours)
