Role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for a System Engineer with an IT background who will manage IT cloud based infrastructure projects and services.As a System Engineer you will work on complex projects for customers architecting, building, operating and migrating cloud based infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
You will be responsible for the following actitivies:Install and configure server operating systems and infrastructure to host applications; Support in the management for example implement proactive monitoring (designed and implemented to ensure that no issue occurs); Resolve issues related to the Cloud environments used by the customer and related add-ons such as diagnosis of any problems in the IT environment; Use trouble ticketing tools to manage and resolve issues using best practices.Ensure security of data and access to computer systems.
Required SkillsMinumum of 3 years' experience relevant work experience as a System Engineer; Experience with cloud based infrastructures, Microsoft Azure preferred; Adept at dealing with customers to manage requirements, planning and deliveryBachelor or higher degree in a relevant field, with a preference for Computer science, Information engineering, Physics, Mathematics; Good written and verbal communication; Good English level, bothwritten and spoken.
