This role supports our Quality and Environment pillar and ensures our products meet the highest safety standards. /ph3What can you expect? /h3ulliIdentify guidelines, regulations, directives, and technical requirements for importing into specific countries and prepare relevant documentation for the organization. /liliCompile this information for training purposes and, if required, conduct the training or arrange for the development of an e-learning course. /liliDefine and develop safety standards for the ANDRITZ GROUP. /liliEstablish and manage processes for safety standards. /liliImplement a functional safety management plan. /liliReview safety solutions with internal safety advisors and external safety consultants. /liliAdvise sales and execution teams on machinery or process safety matters. /liliFacilitate process hazard analyses and the implementation of safety solutions with both internal and external stakeholders. /liliClassify safety functions according to SIL or PL. /liliManage safety audits. /liliPrepare studies for explosive atmosphere zoning. /li /ulh3What do you bring to the table? /h3ulliDegree level qualification in an engineering discipline /liliAt least three years of experience in designing, reviewing, and implementing safety solutions within process sectors such as chemicals, oil and gas, pulp and paper, pharmaceuticals, or food and beverage. Experience in managing safety design implementations is considered beneficial. /liliFamiliarity with various safety tools and methods for process hazard analysis (, HAZOP, HAZID, FMEA), risk reduction layering techniques (, LOPA), and implementation of safety instrumented functions. /liliKnowledge of industry standards (, ISO 12100 or equivalents), directives (, Machinery Directive 2006 / 42 / EC), and experience with European product certification processes (such as CE marking) would be advantageous.
