You can too, Join us! /p pAs a bProduction Manager (Manufacturing Plant) /b you will be part of the Manufacturing department based in bRivalta Scrivia (Alessandria, Italy) /b for a bpermanent /b contract. /p pThe bProduction Manager /b is responsible for the overall management of manufacturing operations within the plant, ensuring full alignment with safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and customer service targets. The role oversees production teams, optimizes processes, and collaborates closely with the Maintenance department to supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities essential for ensuring plant uptime and operational continuity. /p h3Your mission /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety Environment) standards and foster a strong safety culture across the production area. /li liManage and coordinate production departments, ensuring adherence to production plans and quality standards. /li liOptimize manufacturing processes through Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and performance analysis methodologies. /li liMonitor key operational KPIs (OEE, productivity, scrap, line efficiency, downtime) and implement corrective action plans. /li liCollaborate with the Maintenance department to:ul lidefine intervention priorities, /li lisupport the planning of preventive maintenance, /li liensure equipment availability and minimize unplanned downtime, /li liassess the effectiveness of maintenance activities. /li /ul /li liEnsure proper technical and managerial training of production personnel. /li liManage the production budget and contribute to the capital expenditure (capex) plan for plant and layout improvements. /li liInterface with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure smooth cross‑functional alignment. /li liLead digitalization and automation initiatives within the production area (Industry 4.0 projects). /li liDaily supervision of production areas: workforce allocation, shift management, task prioritization. /li liParticipation in daily/weekly performance meetings and reporting on KPIs. /li liAnalysis of downtime, failures, and root causes (RCA), with implementation of improvement actions. /li liSupport in drafting and enforcing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). /li liFollow‑up on maintenance activities in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager. /li liConduct periodic audits on safety, quality, and production processes. /li liSupport equipment validation and commissioning of new machines or lines. /li liCoordinate continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping). /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liIn-depth knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes (chemical, pharmaceutical, mechanical, food, etc., depending on plant context). /li liStrong understanding of key production KPIs and efficiency improvement techniques. /li liExpertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and problem‑solving methodologies. /li liUnderstanding of equipment operation principles and basic maintenance concepts (preventive, predictive, corrective). /li liFamiliarity with MES, ERP systems, data analytics tools, and digital manufacturing technologies. /li liAbility to interpret technical plant diagrams (preferred). /li liKnowledge of safety standards and applicable regulations for manufacturing plants. /li liStrong leadership and ability to manage operational teams. /li liAnalytical mindset and effective problem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to work under pressure and make timely decisions. /li liClear communication across operational, technical, and management levels. /li liStrong result orientation and continuous improvement mindset. /li liEffective planning and prioritization skills. /li /ul h3What we offer? /h3 ul liPersonalized onboarding experience program designed to make your first days smooth. /li liOpportunities to learn and grow through Hager Group's awarded Hi University. /li liInternal career opportunities, over 25% of our recruitments are through internal mobility. /li /ul h3What are the recruitment stages? /h3 ul liOnce your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange. /li liYou will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager the recruiter. /li liA second interview will then be organized with the N+2 the HR manager. /li /ul pbOur success relies on collective energy.
