Move with us for a better world! /ph3Your Role /h3pWe are looking for a bMechanical Quality Laboratory Specialist /b who will be the point of reference for all product validation and testing activities. You will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest quality and reliability standards through rigorous laboratory analysis and accurate measurements. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliManage, calibrate, and maintain all laboratory instrumentation (e.g., CMM machines, dynamometers, climatic chambers). /liliPerform dimensional, mechanical, performance, and durability tests on components and finished products according to control plans and technical specifications. /liliDevelop and validate new test methodologies to support RD and new product introduction. /liliAnalyze test results, prepare detailed technical reports, and ensure proper documentation traceability. /liliProvide technical and analytical support to Quality Engineers during root cause analysis investigations. /liliIsolate, characterize, and manage non-conforming products identified during testing phases. /li /ulh3About You /h3pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to‑earth and ethical. /ppWhat you should bring: /pulliProven background in a Quality Laboratory within a structured manufacturing environment. /liliExcellent knowledge of metrology and proficiency in using advanced measurement instruments (CMM, LaserScan, calipers, etc.). /liliAdvanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GDT. /liliHands‑on experience with mechanical testing (tensile, hardness), material analysis, and durability tests. /liliKnowledge of major international testing standards (ISO, ASTM) /liliGood comprehension of technical English. /liliExcellent teamwork and communication skills. /li /ulh3Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer /h3pTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 198/2006 (Code of Equal Opportunities) and Law no. 162/2021 on gender equality certification.
