Reporting to the Global Demand Planning Director, you will play a key role in shaping and aligning global demand plans, working closely with cross-functional teams and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our planning processes.
Prepare and communicate final product forecasts to the Supply Chain teams.
Act as the main point of contact for Sales and Marketing regarding demand planning and forecasting.
Ensure full alignment between commercial plans and demand plans.
Proactively identify risks, constraints, and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring clear communication with internal stakeholders.
Solid experience in Demand Planning, ideally in the fragrance/perfume, cosmetics, beauty, or mass market sectors, with at least 2 years of experience in a demand planning role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
Ideally, experience with FuturMaster as a demand planning tool.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic global supply chain environment.
Fluent Italian and English (French is a plus).
