We are looking for a passionate Meeting & Event Agent motivated to join the opening team of the Hyatt Regency Rome Central.
The role will report to the Meeting & Event Manager.
Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a 5 star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy's most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences.
Hyatt Regency Rome Central will offer a comprehensive range of event venues, from ballroom to boardroom, suitable for both one-off meetings and events that last all day.
Main duties & responsability:
- Support in preparing event documentation and contracts, coordinating with Sales, Operations, and clients to ensure a smooth workflow across all stages: pre-event, event, and post-event.
- Manage all operational phases of the event independently after contract confirmation, ensuring effective coordination among internal departments.
-Monitor client satisfaction during and after the event, gathering feedback and supporting the preparation of post-event reports to improve service and processes.
- Act as the direct liaison between the client and internal teams (F&B, kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, front office).
- Be present on property as the main contact for the client.
- Oversee setups, timelines, and service quality.
-Manage unexpected issues promptly and provide continuous support to the client.
-Actively support the Meeting & Event Manager and team by ensuring compliance with Hyatt brand standards in all reactive quoting, contracting, and planning activities.
-Take part in training sessions and professional development opportunities to grow within the role.
Skills and requirements
Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in international branded hotels.
Proficient in Italian and English Language, both spoken and written
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Knowledge of the local market and strong network.
